Contact Us
Email [email protected] — that single inbox handles everything: removal requests, corrections, trademark and copyright notices, and questions about how a style behaves. There is no contact form to fill in and no ticket number to chase. We aim to reply within five business days, and removal requests are dealt with ahead of everything else.

How to reach us
| Channel | Details and when to use it |
|---|---|
| [email protected] Use it for everything. This is the fastest and the only monitored channel. | |
| Phone | +1 215 236 8624 Formal and legal correspondence where a number is required. |
| Post | 1233 N 31st St, Philadelphia, PA 19121, United States Registered address for legal notices. |
The postal address is where the site is registered, not a shop or a support desk. Nobody is there to receive visitors, so please do not travel to it — an email reaches us far faster than a letter, and we answer every one.
Removal requests come first
If a nickname on this site contains your real name, your handle, or anything that identifies you or your child, write to us and we will take it down. We do not ask you to prove anything first, we do not require a legal form, and we do not argue the point.
Put REMOVAL in the subject line so it is routed ahead of the ordinary queue. Include:
- The full URL of the page it appears on.
- The exact entry, pasted as text rather than described. Decorative characters are easy to mistake for one another, and pasting the real thing removes the guesswork.
- One line on why it should go — that it identifies you is reason enough.
Contributed nicknames carry no author identity on our side, so we cannot tell who submitted an entry and we will not ask you to prove that it relates to you. That is explained in the privacy policy, and the rights involved are set out in our terms of service.
Corrections and trademark notices
If we have described a platform’s rules wrongly, or a character we said works no longer does, tell us. Platforms change their character rules without announcing it, and a reader who hits the problem first is genuinely more current than we are. Point us at the page and say what you saw — we will verify it, correct the page and update its date.
For trademark or copyright concerns, write from an address connected to the rights holder and identify the page and the material. We are an independent tool with no affiliation to any game or platform, and we act on well-founded notices without needing to be pushed.
What to expect when you write
| Type of message | Typical response |
|---|---|
| Removal request | Handled ahead of the queue; the entry is taken down first and confirmed afterwards. |
| Factual correction | Verified against the platform, then the page and its updated date are changed. |
| Trademark or legal notice | Acknowledged and reviewed; we reply in writing. |
| Question about a style | Answered within five business days, longer at weekends. |
What we cannot help with
Being straight about this saves you the wait for a reply that will not solve your problem. We are an independent tool and have no connection to any game or social platform, so we cannot:
- Recover, unban or rename an account on Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Discord, Instagram, TikTok or anywhere else. Only that platform’s own support can do that.
- Reserve a nickname for you or tell you whether one is already taken. The generator does not check availability anywhere.
- Force a platform to accept a name it has rejected. Each one enforces its own rules on length, characters and profanity.
- Make a character display on a device whose fonts do not cover it. If it shows as an empty box, that device has no glyph for it — the text itself is fine.
For anything else, including a style you would like the generator to support, write in. Requests that come up repeatedly are what we build next — and you can keep using GeneratorNickname while you wait for a reply.
